If you fail your exam on your first attempt, you are free to take it again. There is no limitation on the number of times you can take your test.
After successfully completing the course quiz, you will be able to immediately print a PDF copy of your wallet card or purchase one that will be shipped to you. Every one of our online courses comes with a wallet certification card that can be printed out. There is no extra charges for downloading your card.
All of our courses require passing an online quiz with at least 75% to receive your certification card. A virtual skills assessment is not required, but is optional. Students can register for this practice session with our in-house instructor after passing the online training.
